FSD Test Controller — Openwork is the UK’s largest multi-tie mortgage and financial advice network comprising more than 2,000 financial advisers.
I established a team of professional testers to assist and coach the designated Franchise Support Division (FSD) resource in how to develop and execute detailed test plans. These test plans ultimately formed the basis of the training material for the FSD users not involved in the test phases and for new recruits.
