Development Project Manager — Engaged on Project Libra, a large Private Finance Initiative project to develop a system to assist in the synergism of the Magistrates Courts Committees throughout England and Wales. The project was a joint venture between ICL Fujitsu and Unisys with a predicted concurrent workload of 12000 users. The system was developed using Oracle Forms 6, Designer 2000, Web Forms and Java, with the target environment based on Windows 2000 workstations and a Sun Solaris central server.
